Next week, our Life Sciences & IP Litigation Partner, Patrícia Paias, will be in Frankfurt as a speaker at the Life Science Legal Strategy Summit 2026, taking place on 13–14 October!
As the only Portuguese lawyer from private practice on the Summit’s speaker faculty, Patrícia will join leading European legal practitioners, regulators and industry experts to discuss the legal and strategic developments shaping the future of the life sciences sector.
Her contribution will focus on one of the most consequential developments for pharmaceutical market entry:

The evolving EU Bolar framework raises important questions around launch strategies, patent litigation, regulatory pathways and the competitive balance between originators, generics and biosimilars.
