MFA Legal & Tech results in the ITR World TAX 2027 ranking

MFA  shares the results for the 2027 edition of the ITR World Tax rankings, highlighting the evolution of its Tax Law practice.

Following its direct entry into Tier 3 in General Corporate Taxand a rise in the Private Clients  category in 2025, this year's edition sees a tier upgrade to Tier 2 in Tax Controversy, while maintaining previous rankings across other practice areas.

Individual recognition
Alongside the firm's practice rankings, this year's edition renews individual distinctions for the team and welcomes a new entry:

• Samuel Fernandes de Almeida: Highly regarded in Tax Controversy;
• Joana Lobato Heitor: Highly regarded in Indirect Tax and Tax Controversy, and Women in Tax Leader;
• Catarina Gomes Correia: Rising Star in Tax Controversy;
• Bárbara Miragaia: New entry as Rising Star in Indirect Tax.
