Inês is a member of the firm's Technology, Digital and Regulatory team since 2025.


Her practice focuses on advising clients on complex projects, primarily in the areas of privacy and data protection, information technologies, intellectual property, e-commerce, electronic communications and cybersecurity.



Inês has extensive experience as an in-house lawyer on secondment at one of Europe's leading telecoms infrastructure operators. This role provided her with depth insight into the legal and regulatory framework of the sector, as well as the operational and strategic challenges faced by highly regulated companies and business groups.

At the same time, she has supported several pro-bono initiatives, providing legal assistance to emerging artists, particularly on matters related to intellectual property.

Before joining MFA Legal, Inês worked for three years in the Technology, Data and Digital Innovation department at CS' Associados, having started her career at PLMJ.
