Samuel Fernandes de Almeida was present at IBDT (Brazilian Institute of Tax Law) in São Paulo this week, which, in partnership with the CCMT (Centre for Consensus on Tax and Customs Matters), organised a debate on the implementation of alternative dispute resolution solutions in Brazil.
Samuel had the opportunity to share his professional experience in conducting tax arbitration in Portugal, with a special focus on transfer pricing cases.
